Bought a problem car

I bought a Chevrolet cruze 1.6L second hand car. Via phone and the sale consultant said the car is good it wont give me problems and they even said if it give me problems they will fix the car at their own cost and that showed me confidence on them on the car they were selling me. I decided to buy the car and it was financed for me, the Km were low at between 53000 and 54000 km. And the car was delivered to me to me on the 7th of August 2019 and I so some smashs and I informed the sales person about that and he said I must send photos and that I did and i left the car parked.

In the morning I drove to work with the car I bought and after work the car show an oil pressure light beeping andd the engine light and i informed them as to what the car is doing and they said I must call my insurance and tow it to an GM or OEM here in cape town and that was on the 8 August 2019 when I informed them and had to book for the car at reeds and final got a slot on Monday 12 August 2019.

At reeds n1 city cape town the seevices advisor said I must leave the car because the was noise in the engine and that was cam shaft or phaser. And I was also imformed that the car is not on its orginal state the engine was changed in January 2019 by Remtec of which that information was not supp**** to me when buying the car. And was lacking information regarding the whole mechanical things in the car. And the mechanic at reeds was saying they are not happy with condition of the car the car skipped service was supposed to be serviced in May according to the service book. And the car was service and the imperial select Kia northclif as they promised me that if there are any cost in fixing the car they are going to fix it and they paid for the service and warranty paid for the rest. After a month 7 September writing emails complaining to the finance house, i got the car back. Also asking for a car from the dealership for the time that the car was being fixe and never got that loan vehicle And the lights fleshing was gone.

Now on the 11 October 2019 while driving to work the car just broke down and switched it self off and I took to the same Machanic was told that the cambelt failed and that damaged the engine. And told the guys where i bought the car from and they said they will change the car we must just wait for quotation and that was done and the entire engine needed replacement and the cost was around R80 000. And the warranty did not approved claim in assisting with the replacement.

The dealership said i must get any advice from my insurance and I told then my insurance cover accident and theft not Machanical breakdowns. And that was the last time I heard from the and now am stuck with a car that is not moving of which i bought it for my traveling convenience.
