Bad service I have received

I bought a car with an instalment financed by MFC institution. The car is showing an engine light then I was given an instruction to tow the car to the nearest dealership which is Maemo motors in Rustenburg. I was told to call my tracking units company to go to the dealership to remove them so to diagnose the car. I was called to come and collect the car as it was said to be ready by the dealership. I switched on the engine and the engine light was still on like before. I called the dealership where I bought the car then I was told that the car do not belong to the dealership anymore but the bank. Now I’m requesting for the forms for the contract cancellation as I do not want this car anymore because I have paid almost 9000 so that the car could be packed at the dealership and not attended.
