After-sale after shock

Very disappointing service from Kia. Purchased one of their second hand vehicles and they promised to replace the tyres and battery as part of the sale. That was not done! The battery ran flat and when we called to have them replace fix it, no one called us back. Left several messages and still nothing. We eventually called insurance to have the car towed.

Disgusting customer service! If that's how you treat pensioners then nobody should purchase from you. Incredibly disappointed as this is the second vehicle we purchased from you.
