Please be enlightened to the fact that you have a super human in your employ. Being a customer, a complete loyal one @ best, for such a long time, I am thrilled to extol virtue to where it is due. I can decide where to take my business, but choose you every time, I sometimes ask myself why.

I always entertain this impression that I deserve the best of service and take not for granted giving the same to mine. Please make sure Llewelyn (Customer service manager) knows exactly how important he is as sometimes i felt he was just acting, just to discover he really embodies the virtue of a true leader and should be regarded as such by making him experience true appreciation from you. I would probably in the very near future upgrade the car to suit my wife's desire for either the Sorento or the new Sportage. with Llewelyn there, i would probably not hesitate to entertain such a deal.
