I need my car back please

I have taken my car to Kia the glen on the 20th of July 2021 and I just need a spare key now the bill keeps on going hight and they telling me today on the the 13 august 2021 the is a component missing which will take another max 21 days to have it, where I stay there are no taxis and I struggle to go to work I’m spending 100 max a day sometimes .I don’t have a courtesy car now to just to have a key it’s R22054.17.this is not an expensive car the FAW 1.5 DLX,5door,model V2,year 2014,,but they also failing to listen to me as a customer to say why don’t they give just the spare key on the existing flocking system since they failing to install new things I never even suggested new things,please help me get my car they don’t even want to give it to me and refund me I have paid them up front,I can’t wait that long.
