Went to Kia The Glen a week ago Saturday. Test drove a few cars and found one I liked, a Nissan Magnite. They asked me to put a R1000-00 holding deposit, so I could get insurance quotes etc before making my final decision. I found another Magnite elsewhere with less mileage and a year newer for the same price, so I advised Billy the sales "executive" on the Monday afternoon that I wouldn't be taking the vehicle I put the holding deposit on. I asked him to inform Lebo the FIA person so that she could arrange my refund. When I hadn't heard anything on the Tuesday I sent Lebo an email. No response. I phoned on the Thursday to speak to Lebo who informed me that Billy was supposed to send me a form she had no access to. She would get him to send it to me. 2 hours later after I did not receive the email I phoned Billy, who with a lot of effort sent me the form. I completed the form, attached all the necessary like ID and bank details and sent everything back to Billy and Lebo. To date over a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone at Kia The Glen and there is no refund in my bank account. Do not part with your hard earned money to these people. Clearly I have a struggle on my hands now! Quick to take my money. Clearly planning not to return it.
