Kia Picanto

I have a Kia Picanto the car started giving problems 5months ago. I took it in to Kia Somerset West they advise that diagnostics need be done in order for them to assist. The results came back there is a factory fault and they will have to replace the engine. I had to put up a fight to get a courtesy car, which made me feeling very uncomfortable because I was undermined. I am sure if it was a white person the assistance would have been different. I got the car back on Monday 2022/07/25 and less than 24h the car broke again, today I am loosening a day money at work my kids are unable to go to school. The driver that was send out to accommodate me was still asked me for petrol money what a joke. I had to phone Kia this morning they didn’t even to say what is the way forward on this. I will never be able to trust driving like I said I travel with kids. Please note I am taking the matter further. Kind regards
