Extremely disappointed with management and professionalism

Very disappointed by the way staff are treated I was extremely disappointed to hear a manager at a Kia Somerset west dealership refer to a staff member as you “fat ****.” This kind of language is completely unacceptable in any workplace. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their position or circumstances. I am raising this publicly because I believe management should be held accountable for the way staff are treated. I sincerely hope senior management at Kia investigates this incident and takes the appropriate action. This experience has seriously affected my perception of the dealership and the professionalism expected from a Kia representative.
