*****ing of Sparewheel, Jack and spanners

On the 21st of November 2022 I took my car in for a service at the hatfield branch of Kia motors. My spare wheel was ****** and Jack spanners, The manager did not try to even assist me in my case to show any cameras or anything at all he is always not available. One cannot remove a spare wheel as it is meant for emergency. People must be aware of the poor service and *****ing.
