******* service

My husband bought a used Kia Picanto on my recommendation because it's reliable and we thought if we bought directly from the dealer we will get the best care. The problem we are experiencing is we bought the car in June 2019 and immediately it had to go back to the workshop time and again to be fixed for different problems with it and then because it was winter we were not aware that the wiper blades were worn out. The dealer sold us a car with worn-out wiper blades and the damaged battery, we only found out when we took it for a service and then they told us that the battery needs to be replaced we haven't had an even spent a year using the car and yet it is giving us problems from the get-go. I lodged complaints everytime there was a problem we even lodged a complaint in March just before lockdown to say the gearbox is no longer working properly, the wiper blades are worn out we had to buy new wipers, we had to buy a new battery because we needed a car and every complaint to Kia fell on deaf ears. I wrote them an email in March I wrote them an e mail in June, I even wrote them an email in July just because they read my about my complaint they never bothered to respond I have never experienced this kind of service from a car dealership that's known to be reputable. All I need is to get a refund on the parts that we paid for that we replaced but I guess my mention of wanting and refund cause them to just ignore my complaint. my question is since we were not aware that the wiper blades were worn out, what if we got into an accident and the insurance didn't pay out? because they would find fault with the car. was it not for a rainy season we wouldn't have known. I don't use the car most times it parks. My question is what are we supposed to do if we can't even trust the dealers that are supposed to be reputable to provide better service and better customer care. Their customer services sucks I will never ever ever buy a car from Kia ever again even if it's brand new. All we want is a refund on what we paid for that was supposed to be under warranty.
