Oh i regret going to kia Hatfield, i should have sticked to my dealer kia the Glen, i had an issue with piano black trim around gear its peeling off, the car is 1 month old brand new. I was dismissed from the spot that it's not factory fault. My diffuser spilled over and its causing the peel. No inspection done but assumption because previous customers had the same issue and that was the case.

Thanks to Orbet another manager who checked if i'm sorted and he organised someone to inspect the car. Unfortunately that was of no use as the lady told me she spoke with head office and they can see liquid there she told them i spilled diffuser. That time the guy was busy with paper work when she told me this.

I am so hurt and maybe i received this treatment because i did not buy from them. Even the guy assisting me informed me to maybe try the dealer and you could see he was disappointed as well and its surprising how i was treated and told there's nothing they can do wheb the guy said regard
