Kia motors Hatfield doesn't replace parts for service, consecutively.

I changed my service Centre from Kia Centurion to Kia motors Hatfield because I relocated. I took my car for 165 000 km and 180 000 km service and I found out that both services the parts were not replaced.

1st service I was not happy but I marked the parts to see if I am correct. The recent service, I then checked the marked parts and they were all still there and I doubt they replaced the oil too.

I then asked for my parts back, and they said they must keep the parts for audit and I asked why did Kia Centurion give me my parts back all the time, they said they can show me the parts and those parts were not my marked parts.

This is alarming to find out that they demand we service the car but they don't service them. I will take my car to Bosch service Centre.

I am ****ed off by Kia South Africa to let such to happen under their watch!!!!!!!
