Hatfield KIA car dealership a shame to the KIA brand

We've been driving the KIA brand since 2005 amd are very happy with the brand. Now we had a terrible experience with Hatfield KIA car dealership. Found a vehicle I wanted to purchase on Cars.co.za. Went to the dealership. Took the car for a test drive. Obtained all required documentation and sent it through to them. Sales person "reserved" the car for us. Less than 24 hours later, I made an enquiry on the progress of the application and I was told the car was sold to someone else. I contacted Wendy to query and was told that someone had paid a holding deposit for it. No holding deposit was mentioned to me to enable a reservation on the vehicle. The car was sold to someone else even though it was "reserved" for us. Be careful Hatfield KIA sales leaves a lot to be desired, I would not advise anyone to purchase from this so called “Dealership”.
