Bad Service

I have been making numerous calls to kia Hatfield trying to get a hold of a lady by the name of Wendy, every time I call she is out or busy on the other line, i am always told she'll call me back i left my phone numbers but she haven't called me back, all i need is feedback with regards to the cash back
