BAD SERVICE

"The customer service at KIA Lenasia has gone completely downhill since Pinkie left. I recently took my car in for a service and was shocked to be told that they will drop you off at your location, but they don't pick clients up once the service is complete. Forcing customers to find their own way back to the dealership is unacceptable and terrible service. Because of this, I took my car to KIA Bedfordview instead, where the service was excellent. I won’t be returning to the Lenasia branch
