BAD SERVICE
"The customer service at KIA Lenasia has gone completely downhill since Pinkie left. I recently took my car in for a service and was shocked to be told that they will drop you off at your location, but they don't pick clients up once the service is complete. Forcing customers to find their own way back to the dealership is unacceptable and terrible service. Because of this, I took my car to KIA Bedfordview instead, where the service was excellent. I won’t be returning to the Lenasia branch

Good Service
Good service from a gentleman Zaahid at Kia Lenasia branch, that guy has a good heart, his kind and so sweet. What a wonderful experience I was treated like a queen felt so important. The hand over of my brand new car was so beautiful I will never forget in my entire life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart TEAM KIA LENASIA❤️

Good Service

The service is this dealership is horrible. They absolutely do not give a damn, I called them so much times about a Kia recall which was suppose to be done for free. They do not call you back, when you call then they say they will transfer you but no one ever answers. Very bad service. Sies
