Service typical of a parastatal entity

Continue to harass me with regards to TV licence payment.

I have explained that i have not received a single statement or invoice via email and will not pay until I am sent a legitimate document.

Even though they are incapable of sending payment documentation, i continue to be harrassed for payment.

Rude staff, unprofesional and incapable of actually providing any real information.
