Seriously unprofessional

Trying to sort out an error on account at Unisa since 2018. No response for years! Now suddenly this firm Khumalo Masondo Att is on my case via sms, only with a telephone number, no ref! When I phone the number, it cuts off after ringing a few seconds. Seriously, between Unisa and Khumalo Attorneys, how can you sort out any account problem with such incompetence!! Bad.
