Poor service and Lack of knowledge/understanding

Please be aware of Khumalo Masondo Attorneys employees. I contacted the TV license department to settle my TV license bill which was about R800 so I got an email from Michell from this association saying that I must pay R1033. 50.i agreed and paid R1050. 00.i contacted Michell again in the 10 November 2020 asking her if she canceled my TV license as I have no TV it's broken and will cost my alot to fix therfore I need to cancel my license until I can back on my feet. Michell never mention to me that there's another outstanding amount. I called again on the 11 November 2020 I spoke to a Jennifer who could not explain to me any think and I am still waiting for a person in charge to contact me with regards to new charges on the email I receive yesterday afternoon. It's very upsetting when we try to do the right thing yet you get charged more and more yet no one can explain. What I can't understand is someone from they office called my land-line at work to tell me to settle on the 31 October because they will charge me R 26 extra for interest if I pay on the 1 November so where did R248 amount come from.people are being taken for a ride because clearly they have no idea what they are doing furthermore I am the one that contacted them to pay not once in this years or months did they contact me to settle anything which makes everyone think what's there to hide just charging people interest without people knowing. Also the fact that this year as been so hard with covid I am working shorter hours less pay so every cent count and to get rob in broad day light is not good. Just imagine what these guys do to older people and less fortunate. Let my voice be heard so another person does not suffer like this. I sincerely hope that they can solve this problem as soon as possible as they are attorneys and should do everything by the book or I will force to take the matter further.
