Pathetic service and no communication skill

Pathetic how SABC just hands people over. I received no post or msg saying it is due. I work for a company and receive an email yearly with a statement to pay so don't know what the excuse is for individuals. As for the attorneys they have no people skills cannot even get an email address right they are rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!. I am still waiting for a email regarding my account.
