Khumalo & Masondo Attorneys

A few months back I was harassed endlessly by KMI (Khumalo and Masondo) about my dad (87) whose TV license which had not been paid. He had moved to live with me in Johannesburg and had no TV at that time, but no explanations helped at all and I then paid them on condition that I receive a receipt for the payment made so that I would have some form of proof. Commitments were made by them to send me proof of payment on at least four occasions. I did this as I would also have liked to know what his TV license number was as there is no longer any TV licenses given to the public so one has no idea what is being paid for and to whom. Well, after many calls and many promises I have still not received any proof of payment. This is a firm of attorneys who seem to totally ignore the law and who have probably been employed by the SABC, I would presume. Please do NOT entrust any payments to them as you have NO recourse and NO proof that you paid them. My question is, if they do not give you proof of payment, how do you know where the money is going to? Is this just another form of *******ion and dishonesty happening under our noses?? I am now asking on an open forum? Khumalo and Masondo Attorneys...may I have my proof of payment that you committed to sending me and which I still have NOT RECEIVED months later? Shame on you, especially as YOU are supposed to represent the law in our country.
