DISPUTE OF THE ALLEGED DEBT OWED BY ME TO THE Department of Health
Good day Thank you for your message Your statement has been requested from Department of Health . Kind Regards This is the email I got from them after calling me and harassing me yet when I asked them for accurate and complete documents and the correspondence from the “Department of Health”, which allegedly handed me over to them.

However, I must express concern that your office initiated debt collection action without being in possession of the full details and supporting documentation relating to the alleged claim.
If the Department of Health has formally handed this matter over to you, I expect that your office should already have:
- A complete and detailed breakdown of the alleged debt, including specific dates and calculations;
- The reason or basis for the debt;
- Documentation proving I am liable;
- Evidence of any prior notifications sent to me.
I will await the documentation for review and reserve my full rights in this matter.

- It is addressed to another individual, not me.
- It lacks any official letterhead, logo, or departmental identification.
- There are no contact details, authorisation, or verifiable credentials on the document.
I have no relationship with your organisation and did not request or expect such communication. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the document and the intentions behind it. If you are indeed responsible for this document, I suggest you respond immediately with an explanation. If not, I will consider taking this further with the relevant authorities. Be advised that I am keeping a record of all correspondence.
