Arrears on falsely accounts
They has been harsing on an of about an municipality account number I never had. In May 2023 they started sending SMS's stating I am in arrears of R5,767 on a property in Springs and that they will disconnect my services - what a joke - how can you disconnect a service on a property I don't have - Top of all this started 3 years after I have sold the property in 2020 - Why waited 3 years before they start sending these messages - when I ask them for a statement they send me one, but it looked very doggy and looked as if info was amended via a PDF program - I send them via email proof that the property was sold in 2020 and proof that the account number they referring to, is not correct - I never had such an account number at the municipality in all my 20 years I had the property - Then suddenly the email and SMS communication stopped - Now after a year in July 2024 the SMS's is starting again re this matter - I though the matter was sorted in 2023 - I resend all the emailed of 2023 to them again now in July 2024 - they do not come back to me on my request to stop harassing me about an account that is not mine - I still get SMS's - I do NOT TRUST this whole situation and the way they go about trying to get money out of me and accusing me falsely on an account that I never had - If I still getting this by next month I will report their company to Legal Practice Council and take it up future legally.
