Unauthorized debit orders

Yesterday I noticed a debit order going off from my bank account that I did not recognize. I immediately phoned my bank and they reversed the debit order. They then gave me the number of Insurance Group Managers who informed me that KGA ordered them to take R129 from my account.

Now, I have NEVER heard of KGA before and I demand that this be stopped IMMEDIATELY. In addition to this, I demand to know where they got my bank account details from and who authorized them to take my money, as it wasn't me and without my consent this constitutes theft. If these questions are not answered and this issue solved, I will take this as far as I possibly can. I will write letters on social media and I will report this to newspapers and magazines. I am sick and tired of people doing this (it's not the first time this has happened to me), and it has to stop. What about all the people who were roped into this ******** activity who simply does not notice small deductions like R129 per month?

I expect an answer soon.

PS: The debit order was taken with reference GALAXY GALAXMW13938 3WI3W, for an amount of R129.00. I am waiting for an answer.

And I'm not receiving any further replies. Has this been resolved? Where did my info come from? Who authorized this?
If I don't have this solved with all answers to my satisfaction by the 23rd of June, I will write letters to all major newspapers and magazines in South Africa and I will lay an official complaint against Insurance Group Managers in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act No 37 of 2002.

Closing update: I got a reply from KGA.
As it turns out, they were not aware of the ********** activities from Disastyle. Numerous people on here have complained about Disastyle debiting their accounts without approval, and KGA Life followed up on this after I showed them the proof. They kept pushing Disastyle for answers which they were unable to provide, and eventually took legal action. Disastyle has been removed from the debit orders lists and won't do any more debit orders with KGA. There is also a Commercial ***** case opened against Disastyle and I am hoping that this will result in them not *****ing a cent from anyone ever again.
Well done, KGA. Very well done.
