Lures pensioners by telling them they can receive a grocery voucher. When advised they're not interested in a funeral policy, policies are still opened without their consent and money deducted monthlybefore their SASSA is paid out. This business is a **** and targets the elderly. This is theft and *****. It is against the law to open a policy without written and signed consent.

After years and now months of trying to remove a deductipn for a funeral company (Hatlane Insurance) which KGA underwrited I am now at a dead end streer Maybe the Ombudsman will be able to assist.

Battle with premiums paid
After enquiring about a policy of which I have no documentation and never signed up for the with company KGA rep**** to my email this morning. However now another round of investigation needs to take place as they (KGA) ie underwriting this company which sits in another province somewhere. I never signed up for this company. This policy. Nothing. Hatlane insurance is now the new headache. I just want my premiums I paid back because as a consumer I have the right to question a deduction from my Persal and this deduction is ******** as it was in stated by a ******* person acting on behalf of Constantia Brokers.

Unknown policy deductions from Persal
On persal I have a policy of KGA deducting which I have never signed up for or have any documentation or information of. I do not know what to do with this issue as I suspect it was done by a previous person who *****ulently canceled our policies from other companies and she was later banned from entering Pollsmoor premises due to her dishonest behavior.
