KGA Life Sucks
What a bad service, I have a funeral policy with this company called KGA Life, apparently they did not receive the premiums for 2 months and they decided to cancel my policy without any communication like calling a client to inform of the non payment, I have payed this policy for more than two years and I forfeit my benefits just like that. I find that unacceptable.
Can this matter be investigated please before I take legal advice I want this policy reinstated. My ID number is ********** 578 Cell phone number ********** 578
