Kga life bad service

If I could give them a 0 rating I would... I have a policy with KGA life and their agreement is to pay out within 24 hours... My mother passed away the 7th July and to date I have still not received any payout.. I'm even struggling to get through to them... this is so sad, as I wouldve wanted to give my mom a good send off...
