Battle with premiums paid

After enquiring about a policy of which I have no documentation and never signed up for the with company KGA rep**** to my email this morning. However now another round of investigation needs to take place as they (KGA) ie underwriting this company which sits in another province somewhere. I never signed up for this company. This policy. Nothing. Hatlane insurance is now the new headache. I just want my premiums I paid back because as a consumer I have the right to question a deduction from my Persal and this deduction is ******** as it was in stated by a ******* person acting on behalf of Constantia Brokers.
