I am writing to sincerely compliment one of the cashiers at Zwide KFC, named Sethu. He consistently demonstrates outstanding soft skills and excellent customer service. He never shows frustration, and always goes the extra mile by asking if there is anything else needed.

This level of service is rare and deserves recognition. I would also like to thank the ladies at the second window for promptly calling the manager when I requested an email address to share my feedback.

I highly commend Sethu’s professionalism and dedication, and I hope he is considered for greater responsibilities in the future. In fact, I would like to recommend him for Employee of the Month in January, and I believe he has the potential to one day be promoted to work at the executive office. His attitude and service truly embody the values of KFC.
