Commendation for Excellent Service
Dear Akhona Gengqe(GM of KFC) & Store Manager I am writing to sincerely compliment one of the cashiers at Zwide KFC, named Sethu. He consistently demonstrates outstanding soft skills and excellent customer service. He never shows frustration, and always goes the extra mile by asking if there is anything else needed. This level of service is rare and deserves recognition. I would also like to thank the ladies at the second window for promptly calling the manager when I requested an email address to share my feedback. I highly commend Sethu’s professionalism and dedication, and I hope he is considered for greater responsibilities in the future. In fact, I would like to recommend him for Employee of the Month in January, and I believe he has the potential to one day be promoted to work at the executive office. His attitude and service truly embody the values of KFC. Recognizing Sethu in this way will not only reward his excellence but also inspire other employees to follow his example, strengthening the culture of exceptional service at KFC

I want send my gratitude to the staff of this outlet for the professional handling of my order for my school outing. Your friendly attitude is really commendable and credit must be given where it's due. I couldn't catch the name of the lady that took my order last night, but this morning I was received by Ayanda who was equally friendly. My order was ready 30 minutes before the agreed time, thank you guys 👏👏
