Bad service

I'm writing this review to express my frustration with this specific franchise (KFC Woodmead). The service I received today at this franchise at approximately 13:00 was very horrible. I had to wait for my order for 30 minutes. People that placed their orders after me received their orders within a short period of time. After receiving my order, I was given hot cold drinks, drinks that were just placed in the fridge 5 minutes before receiving my order. No apology was given by the staff or manager. Instead, I got an excuse from the person who was helping/delaying my order, which is a lady called Amogelang.

I am really disappointed in the service.
