Worse kfc experience most nauseating

I’ve never experienced such bad service. And they also took my money and refused to give me a refund however my order was short. The cashier looked me straight in the face and said we don’t have I know your face come back to get your stuff another time. Is that not theft? I am absolutely disgusted and not even customer care is willing to assist.
