Incorrect order

I am so upset, I just got home now only to realise that KFC Welkom square gave me an incorrect order. They always do this, I ordered a box master zinger fillet and they made a me a colonel something, sprite tastes like sparkling water, has no sugar I wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy from them. I usually don’t complain but this is not on after spending money!! I’m really upset! What is this?!
