Disappointing experience- want my money back

I want my money back pls KFC ... on the 16th I was made to pay twice fir my order at a drive through as apparently the 1st payment did not reflect an order on their side even though it was approved on their speed point and on my phone... was told to bring them my bank statement which I had thought upon presenting I would get my money back but it is now 4 days nothing, & worst no communication from their side ... what an appalling experience from such a big brand. I would rate then a zero if it was possible
