Horrible Service

Shocking service I had this afternoon, I came in to order 5 piece and 5 wings, and all I requested was that my woman (who is pregnant) only takes thighs and breast, shockingly the lady assisting me, looked at me in the eyes with a rude attitude to say, that's not allowed, and she won't be helping me with such a request. I tried to explain that I normally come order the meat Andi always request for breast and thigh with no hassles previously, she still insisted to refuse to adhere to my request. I wanted to cancel the whole order, but as my wife was craving thighs n breast, I decided to keep quiet and walk away.

as I was taking a picture of the invoice, because I was definitely going to escalate this matter. a manager came to me and assisted, she manage to change my pieces to what I initially requested, I really appreciate her help.

but I'm really not happy with level of service I received from the lady who assisted me prior. as an expert in customer service, who trains many professionals on exceeding customer expectations, I was highly dissapointed with level of service. I don't want anything to do with KFC going forward, all I'm asking, please do better to the next customer who will be visiting your store.
