Slow slow service at all times

Several times I have been buying food there, however I have realized that they are unable to handle the lunch time pressures. Some people even lose their lunch time allocations while they are waiting for their food. Yesterday was the last straw for me i have ordered my food 12h38 but only to receive my food at 13h40 that is totally unacceptable and because of the long queue and every one agitated waiting for their food did not get soft drink i have ordered.
