Slow slow service at all times
Several times I have been buying food there, however I have realized that they are unable to handle the lunch time pressures. Some people even lose their lunch time allocations while they are waiting for their food. Yesterday was the last straw for me i have ordered my food 12h38 but only to receive my food at 13h40 that is totally unacceptable and because of the long queue and every one agitated waiting for their food did not get soft drink i have ordered.

Slow Service
I would like to provide feedback about my experience at the KFC Rosebank The Zone. I placed my order at 11:36 and was still waiting more than 20 minutes later. The collecting line was extremely long and there seemed to be a lack of urgency from the staff assisting customers. The biggest concern was not only the waiting time, but the lack of communication and customer care. I could see orders already prepared, yet customers were left waiting without updates. I understand that systems can fail, but the way the situation was handled did not reflect good customer service. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the service experience, as customers should not feel ignored while waiting for orders that are already ready, the collecting person is too slow
