Rude Manager at KFC Southway Mall Rossburg Durban

I have just called KFC Southway Mall Rossburg Durban, i asked to speak to the manager and the lady who answered introduced herself as Sindi Zondi, what an arrogant and rude lady, I think its important for KFC to invest on their staff when it comes to customer service, i had to hang up because this lady had put me on loud speaker and the store was quite so that the colleagues can listen to the conversation. The attitude was highly unprofessional and rude.
