Terrible Service and Food
This KFC has become the worst one I have ever known, the service is slack, the food is terrible, today we bought a sweet chillie twister meal, there was only let us and a filt chicken cut in half in it, with half a tomato hardly any sweet chillies sauce The very seldom have and coke zero from the machine The chicken pops tis like mash instead of chicken what it used to be, the chicken Iesh I don't know what receipt they use but it is not the old recipe

Rude Manager at KFC Southway Mall Rossburg Durban
I have just called KFC Southway Mall Rossburg Durban, i asked to speak to the manager and the lady who answered introduced herself as Sindi Zondi, what an arrogant and rude lady, I think its important for KFC to invest on their staff when it comes to customer service, i had to hang up because this lady had put me on loud speaker and the store was quite so that the colleagues can listen to the conversation. The attitude was highly unprofessional and rude.

Rude Manager at KFC Southway Mall Rossburg Durban

Kfc southway mall extra transaction for one meal
Bad experience with the store I bought take aways on 21 December 2025 and 3 transactions went off my account for the same order I have been waiting for my refund all I I have been told it takes 5-7 working days but we are at towards the end of March 2026 I have been doing follow ups the store does not update me I submitted my bank statement they lost it I had to submit another bank statement when I enquired I was told they will get back to me till today I have not received my refund
