Horrible service from KFC

The service at KFC south gate is the worst, i have been waiting for my order for 50 minutes, I am writing this review, im still waiting for the order to come out. Now im even ready to get my refund and leave When you speak to the manager she just stairs at you with no answer. This horrible experience is definitely going to make me walk away from this store and tell my friend and family to also stay away from KFC. Now every customer in the store is shouting and screaming because if the level of incompetence and slowness of the staff.
