The food was great but I was not impressed with the service.

I’m really disappointed with the way I was treated while trying to place my order and ask for assistance. Instead of receiving helpful and friendly service, I felt that my questions and requests for help were not handled with patience or professionalism. What made the experience even more upsetting was being told that I was rude simply for asking for assistance. As a customer, I believe I should be able to ask questions or seek help without feeling judged or made to seem disrespectful. The entire experience made the ordering process unpleasant, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that customer service can be improved going forward.
