Food was good but service was terrible.
No professionalism, cashier called out my partner and partners friends out by saying they were rude for just asking to assist in placing an order. Ordered an ice cream last week via drive through and it took forever. So service was slow. They also have an habit of when ordering meat before they closed, maybe 15mins before they would say the meat is finished. I do enjoy the food. Please improve.

Food was good but service was terrible.
No professionalism, cashier called out my partner and partners friends out by saying they were rude for just asking to assist in placing an order. Ordered an ice cream last week via drive through and it took forever. So service was slow. I’m really disappointed with the way I was treated while trying to place my order and ask for assistance. Instead of receiving helpful and friendly service, I felt that my questions and requests for help were not handled with patience or professionalism. What made the experience even more upsetting was being told that I was rude simply for asking for assistance. As a customer, I believe I should be able to ask questions or seek help without feeling judged or made to seem disrespectful. The entire experience made the ordering process unpleasant, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that customer service can be improved going forward.

Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service
While waiting in the queue to place my order, I was standing in line and had been waiting my turn. However, when I reached the front of the queue, the cashier chose to serve another customer who had not been standing in line ahead of me. This individual was assisted before me despite arriving later. I found this experience unfair, disrespectful, and contrary to the basic principles of customer service. Customers who wait patiently in a queue should be served in the order in which they arrive. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and if staff could be reminded of the importance of serving customers fairly and professionally. I trust that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I look forward to your response.

I just want to thank ALGIE for excellent customer service she always give to the customers. Her professionalism , patient & positive attitude is highly recognized and appreciated.
