Horrible Service at KFC Featherbrook village

Horrible customer service at this KFC branch . Diana - if that’s even her real name claims that KF C doesn’t dunk chicken even at an extra charge . When I asked on multiple occasions if they can do it at an extra charge she looked at me blankly and completely disinterested. I explained that I get this request fulfilled at all other KFC branches and pay extra for it . Diana (manager) and Koketso and 3rd server continued to talk in vernacular in my presence about me . I requested their full names because I’ll be lodging a complaint . I requested the branch managers contact details . Diana was reluctant and I told her I’ll be posting a complaint and contacting the branch manager . She then reluctantly gave me the number as posted on the slips . I called the number 3 times without answer . I am leaving this review because the staff lack general respect and consideration for customers . They also lack people skills . The names they share I’m not sure are real because they don’t wear name tags .
