24hr drive thru that closes when it suites them

Last night went to buy food via drive thru, only to be told the drive thru is closed, I must go in, then told to walk thru a wet floor. Then the woman stops mopping only to stand and look as I pay my order. Mind you, it's a 24hr drive thru. I would rather go far to buy from now onward
