Poor Service at KFC Grahamstown

Dear Peter,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your KFC Grahamstown branch. I visited on 02 March 2026 and had to call for a manager, Vuyokazi Simantolo, for assistance. She kept me waiting for 37 minutes, which was unacceptable.

I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions.
