KFC Peppergrove incompetence
The staff are ***********. They don’t call out the order numbers as they come. We wait at the front to tell them our order numbers so they can prepare our food. Isn’t there a system they should be using?

Poor Service at KFC Grahamstown
Poor Service at KFC Grahamstown Dear Peter, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your KFC Grahamstown branch. I visited on 02 March 2026 and had to call for a manager, Vuyokazi Simantolo, for assistance. She kept me waiting for 37 minutes, which was unacceptable.
