I'm not happy with the service I'm been receiving at KFC Oakdale Tygervally

I'm not happy with the service I'm been receiving at KFC Oakdale Tygervally. The first time my order it had no seviets and sauces, I complaint to the cashier about it, she gave me an I don't care attitude, one of the ladies had to intervene and she apologized about it. Today again was at KFC Oakdale, my order had no seviets and sauces, I went to ask for spice, the ladies told me they are going to check at the back and bring some to me, I'm telling you I saw her going up, bringing boxing out and the spice that had to come with my meal, they did not bring it as promised, I went out because I was late for lunch. The time I complaint about the spices, they were busy talking amongst each other something I did not understanding what were they mumbling about.
