Wrong Items send with Order

I ordered a 9 piece Bucket, requesting 3 times on the order to NOT send me wings, which they ignored and sent anyway. Someone from their Customer Complaints department phoned me to Apologize - and stated the branch will be re-trained. No Replacement offered, no offer to fix the issue, just a sorry... I told her that they are losing a Client, and she said she was sorry to hear. Invoice number: UBERZAFEATS-40ED-*** (5 September 2025)
