Poor Customer Service and Long Waiting Times at KFC Northridge Mall, Bloemfontein
am disappointed with the consistently poor service at the KFC branch in Northridge Mall, Bloemfontein. On numerous occasions, I have experienced excessive waiting times and a noticeable lack of attention to customers. What is particularly frustrating is that even when using the Skip Collection service, which is meant to save time, I am often left waiting for an unreasonably long period before my order is handed over. Staff members frequently seem unaware of waiting customers and there is little to no communication regarding delays. The purpose of Skip Collection is convenience, but this branch consistently fails to deliver on that promise. Customers should not have to wait extended periods for orders that have already been placed and paid for. Management needs to address the lack of urgency, improve customer service, and ensure that staff are more attentive to customers. Unfortunately, these issues have occurred repeatedly, making each visit a frustrating experience. I hope steps are taken to improve the service at this branch.

Bed service
We ordered 24 wings it took us 60min to get the order. The screen is not working we can't trace the order . Everyone in the is running like headless chicken there is no 1 supervising or managing the others. 😞😞😞
