Bad service and long wait k

Im extremely disappointed with the service in KFC Namakgale, theirs a lady called Marcia shes full of attitude first and she doesn't know how to treat customers right, I waited for my food from 19H57 to 20H45 , I told her that I habe been waiting for my order its been long, she told me they use queue to service the client and I told her no u dont use a queue coz the person I that came after me left 20 min ago, she told that I wasn't listening order must have been called long ago, I asked her to check it coz I have been there it wasnt called , then the story changed that I ordered strips and I should wait for strips, with attitude

It was my first time buying from KFC Namakgale so I just moved here and I never wanna fo there again, I cant be treated like this where paying
